Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy practice that supports your body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and heal. The energy goes where it’s needed. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words rei (universal life fore) and ki (energy). During a session, I act as a channel for this calming energy, helping you release stress, restore balance and reconnect to your inner peace.
