Reiki Training: Learn to Share Healing Energy

Reiki isn’t just something you receive—it’s also something you can learn to share. Training in Reiki is a beautiful journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. Whether you want to use Reiki for your own wellbeing support loved ones, or eventually share it professionally, Reiki training gives you tools for life. Reiki is NOT a religion.

There are three levels of Reiki training, each building on the next:

Reiki Level I — Self-Healing & Sharing with Others

Reiki I is the foundation. You’ll learn what Reiki is, how it works, and how to give treatments to yourself and others. This level focuses on:

Understanding energy and how Reiki flows.

Hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others.

Daily practices to bring more balance peace, and grounding into your life.

Receiving your Reiki attunement (an energetic alignment that opens the flow of Reiki in your hands)

Reiki I is perfect for beginners –no experience needed. Many students describe this class as the start of a new journey toward greater self-awareness and inner calm.

Reiki II — Deepening & Practitioner Training

Reiki II takes you deeper into the practice. At this level, you’ll learn powerful tools to expand your Reiki work, including:

The use of scared Reiki symbols to focus healing energy.

How to send Reiki across distance (to someone far away or across the room as well as to situations).

Techniques for mental and emotional healing.

How to structure a Reiki session if you wish to work with clients.

After Reiki II, you may choose to begin offering Reiki professionally as a certified practitioner.

Reiki III — Master Level

Reiki III is the Master level and it is for those who are desiring to teach and pass on attunements. It is also a commitment and responsibility for those you teach. At this level, you’ll:

Deepen your connection with Reiki energy.

Learn the Master symbol, enhancing the power of your sessions.

Explore advanced techniques for healing and personal growth.

You will be able to teach and attune others to Reiki.

Master training is taught over an extended period (6 months, meeting once a month). This is to allow time to integrate the deeper practices into your life. It is both a personal and spiritual commitment — an invitation to embody Reiki in everything you do.
